Accessibility statement for auditwand.com
AuditWand is committed to making its website and application accessible in accordance with the European Accessibility Act and the EN 301 549 standard (which incorporates WCAG 2.1 level AA). We build an accessibility tool and hold our own website and application to the same standard.
Compliance status
We aim for conformance with EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 level AA across this website and the AuditWand dashboard. We do not claim full compliance. Automated checks cover a subset of requirements, and we have not yet completed a full manual audit with assistive-technology users.
Known limitations
- A full manual audit (screen reader and keyboard-only user testing) is planned but not yet complete.
- Third-party checkout pages (payment processing by Paddle) are outside our direct control; we chose vendors with published accessibility commitments.
Measures we take
- AuditWand scans its own dashboard with the same checks it runs for customers on every release. A failing accessibility check blocks the release.
- Keyboard navigation, skip links, focus states, and semantic structure are part of our design review for every new screen.
- Color contrast is checked in both design review and automated scans.
Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on auditwand.com or in the AuditWand app, please contact us: [email protected]. We aim to respond within 3 working days. Barrier reports take priority in our fix queue.
About this statement
This statement was prepared on 20 August 2026 using the same structure AuditWand generates for its customers, based in part on automated scanning by AuditWand itself. Automated scanning detects a subset of potential accessibility issues and is not an assessment of legal compliance.
